Shipping Information

We offer domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail with additional services such as "Signature Confirmation" available for an extra fee.

 

Our shipping rates include postage fees, insurance for the total value of the package, packing materials for safe transportation, and a full tracking number.

 

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure safe transportation, but if there are any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately.

Late delivery items: In the unfortunate event of a late delivery due to transit delays or weather-related issues, we cannot be held responsible on behalf of the carrier. Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Please ensure that the address entered at checkout or on PayPal matches your shipping address, as we will ship to the provided address. Any additional charges due to insufficient address or return shipments will be billed to the buyer.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy varies depending on the type of item purchased.

 

For pre-made/non-personalized items, returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, and the item(s) must be unused and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and once we receive the item(s) back, we will process a refund less the original shipping cost. 

 

For personalized/custom items, all orders are final sale due to the custom nature of the products. Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled, and any changes or cancellations will incur a fee. Custom items are also non-refundable, but if there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact us immediately. 

 

All sale items are final sale, and multiple promo codes cannot be combined or added to sale items.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will assist you with replacement options. For both defective and damaged items, replacements will be processed with our standard production time. If you require expedited production and/or shipping, an additional fee will apply. If rush was already purchased on the original order, we will prioritize processing your order as quickly as possible. Please provide the need-by date in your email as well. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
